Ambience Lighting – Shareholder/ MD
With over 25 years of experience in sales, customer relations, and business management, William has consistently prioritized exceptional customer service and the cultivation of lasting business relationships. When Ambience Lighting was established in 2018, this philosophy became the foundation of the company’s business model.
William’s vision was to build a company dedicated to delivering complete customer satisfaction through high-quality LED lighting products, a seamless customer experience, timely delivery, and competitive pricing. This vision became a reality when three close friends—Steven King, Jim Woodruff, and Gordon Addison—embraced the concept, leading to the formation of Ambience Lighting.
John Ives
