Casambi Lighting Control
The Casambi solution is based on Bluetooth Low Energy, the state-of-the-art wireless technology and the only low power wireless technology in all modern smartphones, tablets and even smartwatches, making it the only mainstream and future proof low power radio technology in the world.
CASAMBI CLOUD GATEWAY
Receive data from your Casambi network and remotely control it over the internet with a Casambi Cloud Gateway.
Based on Raspberry Pi hardware, the Casambi Cloud Gateway comes with Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections for internet access. The user interface is the Casambi App.
Two product variants are available; PSU(CGW-001-PSU)and PoE-enabled(CGW-001-POE).
The Power Supply Unit (PSU) version comes with a power adapter that’s suitable for the EU, UK, US, AU and PRC regions. The Power over Ethernet (PoE) version comes with a splitter to separate the power from the data and feed it into a separate input.
CBU-A2D Bluetooth controllable 2ch 0-10V/DALI controller
CBU-A2D is a Bluetooth controllable, Casambi enabled 2 channel 0-10V/DALI controller. CBU-A2D has a universal 100-277 VAC input voltage range.
CBU-A2D can control one or two 0-10V controllable LED drivers, or it can control a tunable white LED driver with two 0-10V control interfaces. The product can also be configured into a DALI mode where it can be connected to a DALI LED driver or DALI sensor for the presence and/or daylight harvesting functions.
CBU-ASD Control Unit
CBU-ASD is a wireless control unit for LED and halogen drivers with 0-10V, 1-10V or DALI dimming interface. The control output can be configured either as analogue 0-10V (and 1-10V) or as a digital standalone DALI control interface.
When the output is configured as Standalone DALI [1], CBU-ASD acts both as a controller and as a power supply making it possible to connect directly to an LED driver with DALI interface without the need for an external DALI power supply. This so-called Standalone DALI makes it possible to implement multi-channel lighting systems with adjustable color (RGB) or color temperature, while keeping the wiring and number of components at their minimum.
CASAMBI CBU-BOX
The CBU-box allows for a simplified installation and also ensures that safety is always maintained whilst installing a Casambi network.
Compatible with Casambi CBU-ASD, Casambi CBU-TED and SwitchTech LD220WCM. Loop-in loop-out push fit connections 2 0 to 12 AWG. Mounting holes pitch 192mm, ø5mm, ø69mm cut- out. Easy access lid for connecting supply on site. ULv0 construction and 500mm prewired LSZH tails on output.
By removing the Casambi element from the luminaire, CBU-BOX ensures a stronger RF signal and helps to maintain the Casambi control system through the life of the building, even if the luminaires are removed and replaced.
CBU-DCS Bluetooth controllable DALI controller
CBU-DCS is a Bluetooth controllable, Casambi enabled DALI controller. CBU-DCS does not have its own power supply. Instead, it is powered directly from a DALI bus.
CBU-PWM4 Bluetooth controllable dimmer
CBU-PWM4 is a Bluetooth controllable, Casambi enabled four channel PWM dimmer for constant voltage LED loads, such as LED strips and constant voltage LED modules. It is connected between a 12-24 VDC power supply and the constant voltage LED load.
CBU-TED Bluetooth controllable dimmer
CBU-TED is a Bluetooth controllable, Casambi enabled trailing-edge dimmer for operation of incandescent lamps, dimmable LED lamps and dimmable LED control gear. It can be installed behind a traditional wall switch, inside a luminaire or into a ceiling outlet box. Maximum allowable ambient temperature must be observed.
CASAMBI SALVADOR SERIES 2000
Our Salvador Series seamlessly integrates wired DALI drivers into the Casambi system, with a single unit capable of controlling up to 64 DALI drivers. DALI luminaires, when incorporated, will appear in the Casambi network as virtual luminaires.
Notably, this product supports industry standards such as DALI D4i, DALI DT6, and DALI DT8. The Salvador 2000 series features integrated power supply, internal Real-time clock (RTC) with backup energy storage, and cable strain relief to facilitate a smooth installation process.
CBU-ASR Bluetooth controllable 2ch 0-10V controller
CBU-ASR is a multi-purpose wireless control unit. It has two 0-10 VDC outputs. For tunable white applications, it is an ideal match for one or two-channel dim-to-off drivers that provide auxiliary power. It can also be used with industry-standard power packs to turn on and off large electrical loads.
CASAMBI XPRESS SWITCH
Xpress is a wireless user interface that can be configured via the Casambi app. The four target buttons can control a scene or an animation of the user’s choice or simply one luminaire, one luminaire group or all lamps together if so desired.
Xpress has buttons for dimming. By once tapping the ‘dim down’ button the chosen luminaire or luminaire group will go to 0%. When the ‘dim up’ button is once tapped the luminaire or luminaire group will instead go to 100%. By holding one of the dim-buttons the luminaire or luminaire group will dim smoothly.
CBM-002 Bluetooth module
CBM-002A/B is a Class 2 embedded Bluetooth 4.0 module designed to be integrated into LED drivers, different lighting control applications, light fixtures and LED bulbs. It is pre-programmed with Casambi’s proprietary firmware making it completely compatible with other Casambi enable devices.
CBM-002A/B is controlled wirelessly with Casambi smartphone and tablet applications using Bluetooth 4.0 protocol. Devices form automatically a self-healing and self-organising wireless mesh network so that a large number of fixtures can be controlled from any point. No external gateway module is needed.
